The Green Doctor delivers every weekday if orders are made before 2 pm. Orders placed before 10 am on a Saturday will be posted that day. Speedy and safe shipping and delivery are of the utmost importance to us.
All items are shipped Royal Mail First Class Signed For: Delivery time is 1-3 days and will require a signature upon delivery.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays or other customs problems. Please note Royal Mail does not class a First Class package as lost until 10 working days have passed. We post your item on time every time however, with Covid-19 we are doing our best to get your valuable parcel out to you in time. Some areas may experience a delay in postage, we apologize in advance if this occurs for you. Rest assured your parcel has been posted by us in time and is on its way to you.
