My son has developed physical ‘twitches’ since ‘lock-down’ which exhaust him (29, unemployed graduate and otherwise fit and healthy; does not smoke, drink or take drugs, has a healthy diet); I gave him this to use: 2 drops am, 2 drops t time and 2 drops at bedtime; he says that after a few days he is feeling ‘calmer’ and is getting to sleep earlier in the evening instead of early hours.
