I have tried 3 differing strengths of GD, CBD oil: I have M.E/CFS (9yrs), I am an ‘otherwise fit & active’ 63yr old but I do suffer inflammation and various site pain after activity as simple as hair washing, I also have trouble sleeping. I find the 500mg useful for everyday use: to aid anxiety to a hospital appointment, dentist etc; the 1000mg I use for sleeping away from home, trips, etc, where I need to drive the day after; Finally, I use the 1500mg every other evening to aid sleep at home and to reduce wakefulness. NB: It is strong and so I don’t use it every evening but also, do feel some ‘hang-over’ the following day. That is subjective to my age, fitness and condition. I do not take other meds bar a minor HRT tab and vitamins.
